| The donations to Amani are
deductible. The tax benefits for donations to Amani can be achieved with two possible alternatives: 1. Deduction according to the DPR 917/ 86 for the benefit of NGO for donations destined to developing countries. Deduction to the full of 2% of the taxable income either for the enterprises or for individuals. 2. Deductibility according to the DL 460/ 97 for donations to ONLUS (non-profit, socially useful organization). For the enterprises for a maximum total of 2.065, 83 Euro or of 2% of the reported business income. For individuals, it is deductible to 19% for a total amount not upper than 2.065, 83 Euro. For the income tax-return you necessarily have to keep: 1. the paying-in slip if you pay with postal form 2. the bank statement and further accounting notes if you pay with a bank transfer or a cheque. |
